Cheers 🐻 I'm sorry that I left you in doubt bear ... so hung my head and went and had a look. It was released last 'bloody' September so its out of date already... We all don't need a history novel because we've mainly lived the experience. Academics being paid big money to tell us what we know and getting another line in their resume.
No need to read it bear as your daily reports have far more relevance to whats happening in real time than the mound of paper taken up by 'that' report. And no, apart from looking at the front web page, and seeing that there is at least +70 'academic' papers, I didn't read it.
