When will people on DSP ever get more rights Like Unlimited portability I wish we all had it it would help so much but affraid to apply in case of losing dsp Indefinite Portability for everyone on the DSP will never happen. If you are worried about the risk of an application for IP, you can get your JCA via a FOIA request, or sometimes they will just give it to you at your request at a Centrelink office. You will be able to see the likelihood of losing your DSP after reading your JCA. Even if your JCA isn't great, you can begin the process of acquiring new documentation for an IP application. It's just about checking the boxes and ensuring that you are eligible. If you are indeed severely disabled and have the documentation to back it up, there is no reason to be afraid of applying for IP.
