People who don't know what to do or aren't capable defending themselves just fall off the system, & centrelink think to themselves they have done a good job....
My Uncle, a Part Pensioner in his 90's was sent a letter saying he was overpaid about $300, he just wrote them a cheque & sent it to them....
He did not know what it was for, or did he understand it...... or question it ?
I know another Person who had not been on Centrelik benefits before in his life,
& he went in & put in an application for Newstart....
he then went home & waited for six months, before questioning Centrelink why he was not receiving anything.....
The people who sleep on the streets are not capable of filling in Centrelink Forms, & they do not make onto the system.
