WTF does this mean?
A MAJOR shake-up of disability employment services will be unveiled by Employment Participation Minister Kate Ellis today with a new tender giving top-performing agencies the right to keep business and expand without applying to get more people into jobs.
Are there any plans to make these people more accountable? How hard is it to expect them to admit their mistakes and fix them? It brings to mind a book I'm currently reading about the US company Blackwater who have so much influence in government they do as they please and thumb their noses at critics.
