sandycreekg said, sandy, for what it is worth this was my experience. the UP form is in 2 parts. 1 part is for your doctor to fill in regarding your disabilities, treatment regimes, and a prognosis of the likely course of that disability. the 2nd part is for you to fill in where they ask general questions regarding your disabilities, eg have you ever been hospitalised because of your disability, and you are given an opportunity to set out the number of doctors you have seen and provide other supporting documentation that you had not already submitted to them. The JCA is 'just' part of the interview that is done to determine your eligibility for UP and basically seemed to consist of questions to determine how the disability effects your life and, in my experience, was determining where about that effect occurred as per the disability table. My interview went for an hour and it was only thinking about it after that I 'felt' that there had been no real questioning as such regarding my eligibility for DSP so presumably the medical evidence was incontestable. As it should be. I did not keep a copy of any forms, although my doctor did, and apart from informing Centrelink International of any change of address, I do not anticipate having anything to do with C/L again.

You guys behave, DSPoverseas accepts NO donations, mainly because Centrelink would take an interest in the extra income.
