A point could be made that any government subsidised pension should be penalised, superannuation gets some very sweet tax breaks.

Surely it is jealousy only as to why many decry those of us on a pension only, being as happy as Larry, in what they think are horrid countries when they are miserable in the "BEST" country in the world. It really is hilarious when you think about it. Australians now prefer to live in places like Cambodia rather than Australia today. And the Philippines and Thailand even better again for many of us. SSSSSMMMIIILLLLEEE! UP ours.edit still

I used to keep reminding people like Ross Clarke that one of the first things Adolph Hitler's National Socialist government did was stop pensions for Germans living overseas.

Yes, Australia is sadly full of Ross Clarkes'. Morrison has done exactly the same these days. How do these type of "things" become so full of hate towards others? Why do they think well off Australians in Australia should be the only ones on earth who are entitled to be happy and then still entitled to even more? I am so happy that I am so happy just in spite of them.

Just another ignorant racist bigot. Oz is full of them ever since they have been conditioned by the media. It truly is amazing how much power they have to make people think like them without firing a single bullet. They also have the power to convince us that going to war in another country is warranted. Where does it end? Their own beliefs and greed is a danger to all living things in so many ways.

Thankfully Scotty hasn't actioned taking our pensions as yet nomadic ; but with the ever growing numbers of "Ross Clarkes" in Australia, if they make enough noise he eventually may. Possibly after he retrieves all of the Aussies "stuck" overseas because, there has seemed to me to be this desire by Governments to have all Sovereign Citizens home in their own countries ever since the start of this year. Call me crazy, call me paranoid but isn't that where all good citizens should be in order to contribute to a "war effort?". Cheers bear

I slept through it, woke a few minutes afterwards and got a text from my neighbour who's up late doing mysterious stuff telling me about it so I checked the World earthquake site. Some damage at MaeSai I believe.

Gee Columbia sounds a lot better than I pictured it. I think Thailand should see how they do certain things for ex-pats.

In Indonesia proper i.e. Jakarta if memory serves, rather than in Bali. Just posting to give your post a bump in the hope someone there may see it. Cheers 🐻
