Yes jimmy that is 100% correct. They do want people to give up and many do. They try to wear us down. They will lie, fob you off and ignore you. it is a common practice used by all politicians and public servants against the population at large. So you must never ever give up.

It's a pretty good sign that they are struggling to cope with the number of people appealing unfair decisions.

Isn't it always the way. They pull out some unreasonable time limit for people to do stuff (21 days for review, 90 days for robo-debt, 2 weekly reporting, 13 weeks for "relevant" period of your claim etc.
And yet, they give themselves all the time in the world for something that they can give an oral decision for on the same day of the hearing. (Of course they don't because the Tribunal Member isn't usually a lawyer and they need to get advice FROM a lawyer before issuing a decision).
Hang in there Jimmy.

After reading it all it seems like all they have done over the years is to change the goal posts. Disabled yesterday but not today. The only advice jimmy is as they say. Get legal advice as fast as you can in regards to going to the fed court. Call the law institute in your state and ask for a referral to some lawyers who specialize in admin law and work pro bono. They should give you some names and numbers and they will give you time to tell them your saga. Then if they think you have a case will help you for free. I see this as you best hope. Maybe give PILCH a call also as they will hear you out also and may offer free legal help.
