Most times i log on i see at least 10 guests browsing the forum. Can you all please become members so we can have more power. No need to post but good to have as many as possible. The more the merrier as always. Thanks in advance. And we do want your stories as well if you have any. Cheers.

Nice one nomadic. I ofter wonder though if our many Guests are actually Signed Up Members any how. Afterall we do have over twelve hundred. If this is you, hey fair go people; you are on the net, Signing In is only Two more Clicks and showing Logged on Members is much more appealing to those who can possibly help the fight; in some way, shape or form.
Whilst guest numbers do show up, and any possible allies can see we've had a couple of hundred online on any given day; filling up The Members Online Today window, is a whole different story. It will show us as a reasonably thriving community, fighting our own fight against the injustices that beseige us. I still have a modicum of faith in Our National Spirit, that just maybe, some one with real clout will look in sometime have a wander around and say, "Really; Here in Australia; This can't be allowed to go on. These People Need our Help and we have the Resources and Contacts to give it."
A pipe dream maybe but, without that box filling up, we've got absolutely no hope of help and if we don't help ourselves, by showing a Dedicated Online Presence perhaps, We don't deserve any. Just putting it out there. Cheers bear

well said bear. lets aim for 500,000 members all logging on daily. banjo will in the short term go crazy but in the long term when justice is done he will be the local hero and bored as because he is no longer needed. but he will have celebrity status (POWER), with people paying money to hear him talk. yes agree also. pipe dream stuff but if "THEY" win all is lost for everyone even "THEM" but sadly they will never realise it because of their greed for money and some sort of perceived power they are so addicted to. ok, that's my rant for today.

I think you will find that some are just looking for information Some just curious Others are probably Government Departments Including Centrelink To see what we know and to what advise has been given IMHO

Bedwin is close but most are spybots looking for things like email addresses. We get a few genuine guests, known as lurkers in the IT dictionary, who read the forum and most eventually sign on. This is why it's inadvisable to put your email address on the open forum... unless you like lots of spam..

Yes, to all guests. Please do sign up it can be frighting at times to stand up and be counted. We all must deal with our feelings of trepidations etc. One thing is certain if we don't try then we only fall into spiders web parallelized with fear and awaiting to be devoured. Signing up for me was difficult, but I have learnt so much from forum members posts and threads. Also there is so much information in links provided by moderators and members. This community is directly and indirectly helping me get, understand and implement the knowledge to put the best possible submission forward in my very difficult and daunting upcoming fight for UP. I have been quite lately, but rest assured I will move forward at my pace and on my terms, not CLs and when it's done win, lose or draw. I shall post it for all to see and to hopefully be of benefit to the community. Cheers to all.

It can be very scary dealing with it all alone. I found things were less daunting once I got some information from the members here. I found it terrifying signing up as I was not sure I would be welcomed. I was wrong, everyone was so welcoming that I wish I had of signed up earlier instead of just checking out the forum. Once I signed up and was warmly greeted, I felt less stressed about everything to do with centrelink as I was able to get some really helpful information and support.
This is the best online community, the members are very knowledgeable and supportive.

Great to see you back! Cheers bear
